The Easy Way to Learn How to Budget

Friday 28 March 2008 @ 6:10 pm

Learning how to budget will create new and positive outcomes later on if done in the proper method. To some, budget is full of twists and turns, while to others it is just as simple as allotting money to its proper portion. In learning how to budget you should have an open visualization of how much money is coming in and how it is spent. Also, you should also note how often the money is coming in. With the help of these considerations, you can set-up a budget that will work best for you.

Proper and successful budgeting will be the route to achieving short and long-term targets in life. If you know how to manage your money well, you can come up with the money for buying secondary needs and treats for yourself or any family member.

Personally managing your finances means that you should be in command for all money matters. You should take full responsibility to assign which to buy and which not to buy. Essentially, knowledge of proper distribution of your income should be the first thing that you need to be aware of. This is the key in order to be successful in your budgeting goal.

Just like devising or creating any type of plan, another “must” in terms of planning your budget is identifying and setting up our goal. No plan will ever be successful if there is no target objective established. Try to ponder on which one should come first. It should always be necessity over desire. Doing so, you are on your way to buying your dream car.

Now, it’s now time to move on with the budget proper, this is where you need to evaluate all your sources of income as well as your expenses. Calculate your total take home pay from all the other sources. Be sure to account only those that you receive regularly; cross out overtime pays from your list. After you have listed where the income will be coming from, it is now time to move on to list all the necessary expenses.

The task would be easier if you have a separate list on the fixed expenses and the variable ones. Fixed expenses are those expenses that you have to pay regularly while variable expenses are those that differ in amount. Take this list for example:

Fixed expenses

  • House Rent
  • School fee
  • Gas
Amount
$200/mo

$100/mo

$200

Variable expenses

  • Food
  • Clothing
Amount
Varying

Varying

It would also be easier to monitor your expenses if you disintegrate them on which ones are to be spent on a weekly or monthly basis. In doing that, you will be able to monitor and evaluate, which ones you can reduce without depriving your way of life.

Also, in creating your budget plan do not forget to allot a little savings on a regularly basis, this would be of great help in case you need something for emergency. It’s better to be prepared than to be caught unprepared during urgent situation when money is of great necessity.

Lastly, after evaluating and listing down all your expenses; be sure to save the remaining money you’re your savings in preparation for your planned objectives. Budgeting is not than difficult, you just have to know where to start and how to do it; and of course, a lot of initiative.

Can’t You Sleep Through the Night

Friday 18 January 2008 @ 6:52 pm

I can’t sleep through the night! I have sleeping problems! I can’t sleep, How can i sleep through night,

People losing their health, people losing their jobs, people losing their energy to do anything in the day…

People losing their happyness with the result of insomnia!

A natural insomnia treatment can be very rewarding and low cost. The hardest thing about getting a good night sleep is that many people do not know that it even exists. However a good treatment for insomnia can be a very good way to finally get the sleep that you deserve.

Everybody know some simple ways to get good night sleeps like not eating after 7pm, or not having alcohol during the night, no crispies!!

If you ever tried any prescription drug or over-the-counter insomnia treatment, it may be time to try something new, something effective, and something safe for everyone. In today’s market, many safe insomnia treatment options now exist, to help bring about a good night’s sleep.

I don’t really beleive in drug based treatmen ( accept it s strongly recommended). As drugs can be easily addicted.

Many times doctors, info commercials and drug companies will not tell you about the natural insomnia treatment options out there for you. You may be asking yourself why? Prescription insomnia remedies can be addicting, harmful, and worse of all habit-forming. Once you’re hooked on a prescription insomnia treatment, it may be impossible to overcome and you may end up with a lifetime addiction on an insomnia drug. Natural insomnia treatments allow you to have the same performance as a prescription insomnia treatment without any of the harmful side effects or any of the addiction. However; if a doctor told you about that they would lose money and a customer who will come back for their lifetime.

Try out some herbals!!

Herbal treatments have caught on with more popularity in the past 10 years than ever before. It’s only because now we’re finding the herbal treatments can be just as effective as prescription treatments without any of the complications. The same concept holds true for natural sleep remedy medicines, as well as many other herbal treatments. One of the best findings with the herbal natural insomnia treatment options are that they are safe for pregnant and nursing mothers, babies, young children, and elderly adults.

Do you really want to have a nice sleep?

Do Not:

Have alcohol during the night.

Have any food after 7pm.

Have fast-food after 7pm.

Do:

Have a warm sugar free herbal tea.

Read a book.

Go to bed same time as everynight

Do not believe the hype if you’re told that getting a good night’s rest has to come at a price. A price tag should never be very expensive for a natural insomnia treatment. A good night of sleep can come as easily as just laying down in bed and to others as hard as taking ever prescription drug under the sun.

The headache of Insomnia Treatments alone can be enough to scare people away. However, many people are scared of the unknown and there simple is no reason to be. The more natural the insomnia cure the easier and gentler on your system it will be. Getting solid relief for insomnia is probably the most important thing you could do with your life.

The effects of lack of sleep are critical and in fact left untreated insomnia can do more than just make you look and feel tired. It can cause many health problems including memory loss, aid in colds and flus becoming worse, increase stress and anxiety and worse of all it could claim your life over time. More and more accidents occur year after year due to the effects of sleeping disorders. It may just be time to benefit from a natural insomnia treatment.

Is Smoking Ban Working

Wednesday 16 January 2008 @ 5:08 pm

As you know smoking in restaurants, bars, hotels etc. has been banned for a while. Whilst some smokers are dying to quit, others would prefer to continue smoking and complain about the ban.

To see if smoking bans are working or not, we need to go to restaurants and bars and other indoor areas where smoking used to be allowed. Talk to people who always goes to those places and learn their opinion about smoking!

stop smoking

Of course bans on smoking won’t make all smokers suddenly quit smoking, but at least that will make them reduce the amount of cigarettes they smoke, and certainly reduce non-smokers exposure to smoke!

The thing we don’t understand that is if this smoke is so dangerous for the people why it is not completely forbidden!?! I can hear what you saying now! Probably if smoking was completely banned for health reasons then people would start smoking illegally, and amount of drugs usage will increase. Surely scientists can find a way to make smokers forget this nasty thing?! The other reason why it can’t be banned completely are producers and governments (can be discussed this one). Especially producers are so strong. Their lobby always working very good, they even donating associations againist smoking companies!(evilly), they are donating cancer organizations (a bit funny, black comedy)…

Articles on smoking will continue…

To do list before taking any test

Friday 11 January 2008 @ 9:16 pm

1. Have a Positive Attitude
Approach the big test as you’d approach a giant jigsaw puzzle. It might be tough, but you can do it! A positive attitude goes a long way toward success.

2. Make a Plan
The week before the test, ask your teacher what the test is going to cover. Is it from the textbook only? Class notes? Can you use your calculator? If you’ve been absent, talk to friends about material you may have missed. Make a list of the most important topics to be covered and use that as a guide when you study. Circle items that you know will require extra time. Be sure to plan extra time to study the most challenging topics.

3. The Night Before
Cramming doesn’t work. If you’ve followed a study plan, the night before the test you should do a quick review and get to bed early. Remember, your brain and body need sleep to function well, so don’t stay up late!

4. The Morning of the Test
Did you know that you think better when you have a full stomach? So don’t skip breakfast the morning of the test. Get to school early and do a ten-minute power study right before the test, so your brain is turned on and tuned up.

5. Test Time
Before the test begins, make sure you have everything you’ll need - scratch paper, extra pencils, your calculator (if you’re allowed to use it). Understand how the test is scored: Do you lose points for incorrect answers? Or is it better to make guesses when you’re not sure of the answer? Read the instructions! You want to make sure you are marking answers correctly.

 6. Manage Your Time
Scan through the test quickly before starting. Answering the easy questions first can be a time saver and a confidence builder. Plus, it saves more time in the end for you to focus on the hard stuff.

7. I’m Stuck!
Those tricky problems can knock you off balance. Don’t get worried or frustrated. Reread the question to make sure you understand it, and then try to solve it the best way you know how. If you’re still stuck, circle it and move on. You can come back to it later. What if you have no idea about the answer? Review your options and make the best guess you can, but only if you don’t lose points for wrong answers.

8. Multiple-Choice Questions

The process of elimination can help you choose the correct answer in a multiple-choice question. Start by crossing off the answers that couldn’t be right. Then spend your time focusing on the possible correct choices before selecting your answer.

 9. Neatness Counts
If your 4s look like 9s, it could be a problem. Be sure that your writing is legible and that you erase your mistakes. For machine-scored tests, fill in the spaces carefully.

10. I’m Done!
Not so fast - when you complete the last item on the test, remember that you’re not done yet. First, check the clock and go back to review your answers, making sure that you didn’t make any careless mistakes (such as putting the right answer in the wrong place or skipping a question). Spend the last remaining minutes going over the hardest problems before you turn in your test.
Follow these test tips, and you’ll know you did your best - congratulations!

Arriving the U.S

Saturday 5 January 2008 @ 1:01 pm

Everything goes ok and you got a visa: Before landing to U.S, you will be asked to fill a form to give visa officers when you land.

When you land to the airport you will be interviewing with an visa officer to verify your information that you gave when you applying for your visa.

Your finger prints will be taken before entering the U.S.

Persons traveling without a visa on the Visa Waiver Program, will be enrolled in the U.S. Visitor and Immigrant Status Indicator Technology program at all airports and seaports, upon arrival in the U.S.

A visa allows you to travel from your country to a port of entry in the United States. Most often that port of entry will be the airport where you land. On the airplane, you will be asked to complete a short arrival/departure form.

When you deplane, follow signs for non-citizen entry. At that location, a Department of Homeland Security official will interview you and verify all of your paperwork.  Under the US-VISIT Program of the Department of Homeland Security, for most persons arriving in the U.S., there will be a fingerscan of the two index fingers and a photo will be taken. Once admitted, you will receive an immigration stamp and proceed to baggage claim and customs.

USA Visa Policy

Saturday 5 January 2008 @ 11:08 am

USA has a Visa Policy and in the policy it says that The U.S is an open country that anybody can visit and do business or can have study. They are dedicated to protect people’s safety both USA citizens and visitors so they are following some rules and very careful about keeping the doors open! The rules sometimes changes but thats not because to make it more difficult. Their goals in changing rules about visas is ensuring safety of U.S. residents and visitors of U.S.

The following text from U.S visa department;

The U.S. is a free and open society. We welcome citizens from around the world who genuinely want to visit, study, and do business here. We are dedicated to protecting their safety and keeping our doors open to them. Changes in visa procedures reflect our concern for ensuring the safety of U.S. residents and visitors alike, not to make it more difficult for legitimate travelers to enter the United States.

Following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, we made some changes in our laws governing visitor entry and exit.

We now require additional application forms and security clearances. Visa applications take longer to process.

At first, many applicants experienced hardship when applications got backlogged and delays became indefinite. Fortunately, we have improved our visa clearance procedures. Better interagency cooperation and automated procedures have speeded up the clearance process. Our goal is to make the visa process not only thorough, but also respectful and efficient.

There are some new procedures that you will need to become familiar with. We want to educate and inform you about this process.

Non Immigrant USA Visas

Friday 4 January 2008 @ 9:24 am

If your purpose is just to see USA or generally non-immagrant then read this article to have an idea about non-immagrant visas to USA.

International visitors add greatly to our nation’s cultural, education and economic life. We continue the proud tradition of welcoming visitors to the United States, with secure borders and open doors.

Canadian citizens( most of them) and many citizens from Visa Waiver Program countries can come to the U.S. without a visa if they meet certain requirements. Visa waiver travelers from ALL 27 Visa Waiver Program countries must present a machine-readable passport at the U.S. port of entry to enter the U.S. without a visa, otherwise a U.S. visa is required. See important information about the 10/26/05 digital photograph and 10/26/06 e-passport requirements for VWP travelers. Other foreign citizens will need a nonimmigrant visa.

Nonimmigrant visas are for international travelers, (citizens of other countries), coming to the U.S. temporarily. This visa allows you to travel to a U.S. port-of-entry (airport, for example) and request permission of the Department of Homeland Security immigration inspector to enter the U.S. A visa does not guarantee entry into the United States.

International travelers come to the U.S. for a wide variety of reasons, including tourism, business, medical treatment and certain types of temporary work. The type of visa needed is defined by immigration law, and relates to the principal purpose of your travel. While in the U.S., temporary visitors are restricted to the activity or reason for which their nonimmigrant visa was issued, with few exceptions. For an overview of the types of nonimmigrant visas available under immigration law, please see Nonimmigrant Visa Classifications on the USCIS website. The Consular Officer at your embassy or consulate will decide what kind of visa you need, when you apply.

Advance planning can smooth the visa application process for you.

Apply for your Visa well in advance of your travel! Important steps to remember:

1 - Check your visa status, and find out if you need a U.S. visa or a renewal.

2 - Check the visa wait times information for interview appointments and visa processing at each embassy and consular section worldwide available on our website at Visa Wait Times. Visit the embassy or consular section website where you will apply for your visa to find out how to schedule an interview appointment, pay fees and any other instructions.

3 - Plan on an interview at the embassy or consulate, which is required for most visa applicants. As part of the visa interview, a quick fingerprint scan should be expected. Applicants who need additional screening are informed during the application process.
